Ayaz Mammadov is an experienced hospitality professional with extensive experience in various roles in the industry. He holds a BBA in Finance from Khazar University, Azerbaijan. His career began at Kempinski Hotel in Baku, where he gained valuable experience in purchasing and cashier positions. Ayaz later expanded his experience through cross-training in accounting, food and beverage, and front office operations with Pullman Baku by Accor Group. He has consistently demonstrated leadership and management skills in supervisory and managerial positions, most recently serving as Banquet Manager at Ivy Garden Hotel in Azerbaijan.
Work Experience:
Ayaz Mammadov started in the hospitality industry as a Buyer at Kempinski Hotel in Baku from September 2011 to April 2013. He then moved to the position of Head Cashier at the same hotel, where he worked from May 2013 to July 2016.
In early 2016, Ayaz completed a cross-training in accounting at Pullman Baku by Accor Group from January to March. This training led to his position as an Accountant at Pullman Hotels by Accor Group & Resorts in Baku from August 2016 to April 2018. During this time, he also completed a cross-training in Food and Beverage from October to December 2017.
Ayaz further strengthened his experience in the food and beverage sector by working as an F&B Position Supervisor at Pullman Baku Hotel from May 2018 to July 2019. In 2019, he expanded his skills by completing a cross-training in Front Office. March-July at Pullman Baku by Accor Group.
In February 2022, Ayaz took over the position of Reception and Night Audit at Badamdar Estate Hotel, Mikayil Musvig 1C, where he worked until July 2022. He then started working as F&B Position Supervisor at Ivy Garden Hotel, a position he held from July 2022. March 2023. Currently, Ayaz is the Banquet Manager at Ivy Garden Hotel, a position he has been successfully running since March 2023.
