Cancellation Policy

At Ivy Garden Hotel, we understand that travel plans may change. To ensure fairness and transparency, the following cancellation conditions apply to all reservations.

Reservations may be canceled without any charge if the cancellation is completed no later than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. This allows guests flexibility while enabling the hotel to manage availability effectively.

If a reservation is canceled within 24 hours of arrival, Ivy Garden Hotel reserves the right to apply a late cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.

In cases where the guest does not arrive on the confirmed check-in date and no prior cancellation is received, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the full reservation amount will be charged.

Bookings made under prepaid or non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund. These reservations are charged in full at the time of booking regardless of changes in travel plans.

When a refund is approved according to the applicable booking conditions, the amount will be returned using the same payment method originally used. Refund processing time may vary depending on the guest’s bank and typically takes between 10 and 21 business days.

Ivy Garden Hotel reserves the right to update or revise this Cancellation Policy when necessary. Any changes will be published on this page and will apply to future reservations.
